Rain Water Harvesting

Save Water Today, Secure Tomorrow.

At Green Leaf Trust, we are dedicated to building a sustainable future through practical, eco-friendly solutions. As part of our initiative, we are proud to launch our Rainwater Harvesting Campaign aimed at conserving one of our most precious natural resources – water.

Water scarcity continues to affect thousands of villages, schools, and low-income communities across our region. Despite seasonal rainfall, much of this water is lost due to lack of storage and awareness. Through this campaign, Green Leaf Trust is working to change that—one rooftop, one village, one school at a time.

Our initiative includes:

  • Setting up rainwater harvesting systems in rural homes, schools, and public buildings
  • Conducting awareness drives and training workshops to educate communities about water conservation
  • Collaborating with local bodies and volunteers to build sustainable water storage structures

Harnessing Rain, Sustaining Life

At Green Leaf Trust, we recognize water as the essence of life and are committed to preserving this invaluable resource through our Water Harvesting & Conservation initiative. Drawing inspiration from industry leaders like Vardhman Envirotech, we aim to implement simple, scientific, and sustainable rainwater harvesting solutions tailored to diverse environments—from urban rooftops to rural landscapes.

Our Approch Involves

Rooftop Rainwater Harvesting

Capturing and channeling rainwater from building rooftops into storage systems or recharge pits, ensuring efficient utilization of rainfall and reducing dependence on municipal water supplies.

Groundwater Recharge

Utilizing techniques such as injection recharge wells and percolation tanks to replenish aquifers, thereby combating groundwater depletion and ensuring long-term water availability.

Community Engagement

Educating and involving local communities in water conservation practices, fostering a collective responsibility towards sustainable water management.
